What is success?  Is success when everything goes smoothly?  Is it when a youth never makes a poor choice?  Or is success creating a safe and welcoming place for youth so they can learn from mistakes and find help?  Helping young people learn safe places to turn when things get rough is a great means to helping them learn to succeed.
