About YouthZone

YouthZone currently serves over 1,500 youth and their families every year. We offer a wide variety of evidence-based programming through which our clients find safety, compassion, and education as they work to overcome the personal struggles they face.

At YouthZone, we believe that growth is possible for all our clients, regardless of history. We strive to help our clients see what is possible and support them as they learn and grow. Our unique, inclusive approach to fostering youth development is based in the understanding that the difficulties faced by today’s adolescents are complex and multi-faceted. In service to this reality, we offer a wide array of programs that include a youth asset survey, parental guidance and support, individual and family counseling, restorative justice, court programs and monitoring, educational workshops, and much more.

Current Open Position

YouthZone seeks a strategic and organized philanthropic professional to serve in the role of Development Director. In addition to being a proactive and joyful front-line fundraiser, this growth-minded individual will be an enthusiastic and persuasive advocate for YouthZone's mission and vision in the field of youth development. YouthZone also has an opening for a  Youth Advocate I or II. With an analytical mind and a compassionate nature, youth advocates at YouthZone serve as coordinators, mentors, coaches and trusted adults for our youth clients. Youth advocates assess the strengths and the needs of each youth, then coordinate and monitor restorative activities, treatment plans, and other interdisciplinary care, while ensuring that court-mandated requirements are also met. On any given day, youth advocates may perform intake interviews, check in with clients, meet with parents, arrange resources, and complete reports and data entry.
